Five Quick Product Ideas for Any Online Business
Creating your own product or service allows you to keep 100% of the money, you get the bulk of the profit, and you control the way it is sold.
This article shares five (5) ideas you can use to create a product for *any* market quickly.
So without further ado...
(1) Conference Calls
If you're not familiar with a conference call they are calls where several dozen (or even hundreds) of people connect via the telephone.
These calls can be used to deliver information to help sell your product, or they can become a product themselves.
You get 1 or 2 experts in your field on the phone, and sell access to the call.
The trick is getting 1 or 2 known experts on call. You should split the profits with them or pay them out right to do the call. Give them a reason to do the call.
(2) Acquire someone else's product.
I don't mean resell their product. I mean acquire the *full master rights* to a product that sells well and gain 100% control over it. This is the easiest way to get products without putting in the hard work to create them.
This option is usually expensive. You'll find the better known business people in your field will usually charge $5,000 - $30,000 for *full MASTER rights* to their products.
Full resell rights are more affordable but limit you to just reselling the information yourself.
Master rights allow you to also sell the resell rights to others for an extra profit center.
However, always ask about master rights first. If they are out of your financial range, then ask about resell rights.
(3) Private Members Only Web Site
Private sites are dead and gone...
...I don't think so!
They are more popular than ever. They to be easy to set up, low in cost, and 100% online.
Private sites sell well for just about any field on the planet. More importantly they are simple to maintain once you get them set up.
All you need for a private site is:
(a) Domain name and topic for site
(b) Web host
(c) Sales letter for site
(d) Password protected directories (most hosts allow this)
(e) Content and other desirable information to put in the private site.
Everything can be compiled in a short period of time.
(4) Paid Newsletter
You're probably familiar with ezines. You may even publish one yourself. Another idea is to create a paid ezine and sell subscriptions to it.
If you already publish your ezine simply add a paid version and offer it to your subscribers.
You can charge monthly fees or yearly fees, or whatever you want. You may be asking, "Why pay for an ezine when people can get them free?"
Free usually equals low quality, reprinted articles from other publications, zero uniqueness, and inactive subscribers who don't care about the information because they get 15 other related ezines.
By asking for a fee, you separate yourself and those who order have shown you they are interested in your information. You must deliver a quality publication to keep subscribers though. People will pay for valuable information they desire. That's a fact.
(5) Email Courses.
Email workshops are becoming more and more popular. People are willing to give you money in exchange for a workshop that helps them solve their problems via email.
Email workshops can be used to talk about several specific topics within your field and charge for everyone of them. Giving you several product ideas and adding value to your business by separating it from the rest of the web sites in your field.
All five of these ideas can be applied by any business. Doesn't matter how big or small or what industry you're involved in. Take some time to research them and see which one or one's interest you the most and fit your desired needs.
In conclusion
Creating your own product isn't that hard once you get an idea of what you want to offer. Taking action is the first step to getting your product created. The rest falls into place as you go.
